Garret Club member, Jane Hamilton, with a lifetime of connections to Hong Kong, spent several weeks in the territory during summer 2020, and notes how the world’s top two industrialized countries, (as measured by GDP purchasing power parity), have approached the COVID crisis. She will review how the Hong Kong SAR government has managed the pandemic and offer her thoughts on why the outcomes of Covid-19 should vary so drastically depending on where you reside in the world.
