Cooking Demo with Molly Stevens

Molly Stevens is a freelance cooking instructor, writer, and recipe developer whose cookbooks have earned James Beard Foundation and IACP awards. Now based in Vermont (but originally from Buffalo!), her recipes and articles have appeared in numerous national magazines. Classically trained as a chef in France, Molly has taught at the French Culinary Institute, New England Culinary Institute and L’Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Burgundy, France, and Venice, Italy. Honored by Bon Appétit and the IACP as “Cooking Teacher of the Year”, she strives to impart her love of food and attention to mastering basic cooking techniques in her classes.
